Wall Sit position - Rolling up and down back

Where to put it: From lower to mid back

Instruction: Place in the midway between your shoulder blade and buttocks.  Sit against the ball with the device between you and the wall, with you knees at a 90 degree angle.  Roll up and down slowly - about 6 inches each way.

Where to use itAgainst any available solid wall

Duration: As long as it feels comfortable
