Laying flat with Knead Ball under Neck

Benefit: Provides neck pain relief and massages pressure points on back of the head where it meets the neck.

 

 

Where to put it: Under neck

Instruction: Lay flat on the floor. Take the device, and place it behind your neck. Relax. You should feel immediate relaxation as the pressure points on the base of your skull relieve tension and stress. Adjust placement to your liking.

 

Where to use it: Any flat area on the ground. Carpet works great, but feel free to experiment with different surfaces to find your favorite. (You can use a yoga mat to provide traction and add cushion if desired)

 

Duration: 5-10 min or as desired
